Freddy Fudd Pucker returns to Syracuse. For those of you unaware, Freddy Fudd Pucker is the solo-project of Tom Young. Tom is originally from New Zealand and has been touring the world nonstop since the early 2000-something. He plays a blend of americana folk, blended with percussive rhythms, political lyrics all at a thrash pace. Tom currently resides in Germany and is returing to the States for a run of shows for the first time in a few years. Freddy Fudd Pucker first came on the radar of L.R.S. a few years ago, before L.R.S. even had a name. Since then, he has become one of our good friends and a must-see anytime he is in the area. The show will be at our home away from home Roji Tea Lounge on Friday October 23rd. Joining Freddy Fudd Pucker will be a slew of acoustic Syracuse so-and-so's including Greg Pier (Mandate of Heaven), Operation Hennessey (Mark form L.R.S. and Bridge Under Fire) and Telegraph Hill (Caleb from Department). There is a $5 donation at the door for Freddy Fudd Pucker to get to his next show, and eventually back to Germany. Come drink tea and listen to an evening of great music.
